Victor has many accomplishments. He is the President and Chief of Pompiers Auxiliary De Montreal. He has had 24 years with the Auxiliary with 20 years as an administrator, 14 as a treasurer, and has had 6 years as the present chief. He has also had 25 years with Montreal Ambulance. Vince is also a paramedic, a Physicians Assistant, and an Emergency Response Coordinator/Supervisor. He is also a consultant for the show "Station 24".
