I believe it would not only compromise the integrity of M&S's
relationship, but it also detracts from the storyline when the show
gets shippy-focused.

mostly noromo, but I also see great points in shippers too. I think
Mulder and Scully were made for eachother LOL, but I still think
it would way ruin the show, and they aren't lovers, they're just
agent partners! so I guess you could call me a noromo and a shipper,
even though they're opposites!

Noromo Because: Well, the X-Files is
a sci-fi program and not soap opera, so smoochie smoochie is NOT
part of it. And I don't even see a love relationship in the characters!

Noromo Because: They're not right for
each other. Yes, they love each other. You can't go through what
they've been through and not love, but they're not in love with
each other. They're too different. Their beliefs, their likes, dislikes,
habits. Take Arcadia for example. Mulder isn't housetrained enough
for Scully's tidy little world. In X-Cops, Scully was mortified
with embarrassment when she realised she could be associated with
Mulder's "crackpot" theories. They are best friends. They
have a bond that goes beyond most relationships, but when it boils
down to the basics they're just not right for each other! Can you
imagine the domestic routine? Coffee and toast and kisses and hugs
for breakfast and a face hugging alien monster for lunch!(That would
be an X-File all to itself!)
