THE MSC PBEM football league is a non-profit activity whose design is solely to provide a source of entertainement for its users.  MSC PBEM does not charge any of its users at any time or for anything.  Unfortunatly for many users, English is the sole language of this simulation although we do operate many teams from several countries across Europe.  Our teams are divided up into four European Super Leagues...

EUROPEAN SUPER LEAGUE SYSTEM
Premier League (Division A) - Four teams relegated
Division B - four teams promoted, four teams relegated
Division C - four teams promoted, five teams relegated
Division D - five teams promoted, six teams relegated

We also have an International Cup which happens during the league season.  This cup is out of the hands of the club managers and the results are posted in the news bulletins.  Two cup competitions, one for just the Premier League and the other for all divisions plus non-league teams.
