The MSC Dragons were put together for the 1999 Fall Season. We play in Division 1 of the National Capital Soccer League in the fall and in the Region 1 Premier League in the Spring. Our team objective is to develop a strong soccer training program that is centered around building and further developing skills, values and personal characteristics to become successful in life's endeavors.
The head coach is Julio Zarate, a USSF "C" licensed coach. Coach Zarate is a former member of the Mexican National Soccer Team and had the opportunity to participate in a World Cup. The Assistant Coach is Renzo Bejarano, also a USSF licensed head coach and member of L.A.S.C.A (Latin American Soccer Coaches Association). Coach Renzo has been playing and coaching soccer for over 20 years. Together they pledge to train and coach these players to bring out the best in themselves on and off the soccer field. The keeper coach is Sandor Szabo. He is a USSF licensed coach and trains the keepers during regular practices. |
