Individual Cultural Survey Form

M aine's Historic Swedish Colony includes New Sweden, Stockholm, Woodland, Westmanland, T16-R4 (Madawaska Lake) and surroundings. It is hoped all residents and former residents of the area will take part in the survey to help document our varied and rich cultural heritage. Everyone contributes to the culture and has an interesting story to tell. You are invited to share cultural information about yourself and others (with their permission of course) who should be included in the survey. Over 400 people have responded to date (October, 2001), and we would like to continue adding and updating information. For those who have sent in a form, please review the information as compiled at the town historical societies or on this web site. Feel free to revise your form to include more recent and more complete information.
