| HOWDY COWBOYS & COWGIRLS! For those Cowboys that came to the Match on Saturday, January 5, in Dahlonega, THANKS for coming! We had a darn good posse of folks and everyone had a good time and shot very well. EVEN IN THE SNOW! And fun is what we have!! I want to thank all those Cowboys and Cowgirls who came and showed their support for the Longbranch Lone Riders. Among them were Rusty Spur Slim and Killin Time, Loose Cinch and his wife (not named yet), Half Fast Dave, Cripple Creek, Doc Murphy, JB Bandit, Silver City Rebel, and all of those waiting for their 'aliases' to be confirmed. All these folks, not only came to shoot, but to show their support by suppling us with targets, hay, good giggles, and some financial support as well. Our club has taken a different approach, there will be NO officers, just a great bunch of folks who have come to have fun and enjoy some great matches while practicing! We will still follow SASS rules, but with the "Spirit of the Game" always at the forefront! Once again, I want to thank everyone that shows up to support for our new Lone Riders and I know that 2002 will be a GREAT year!
