| My name is Jen Braun and I am a kindergarten teacher at Kingswood Elementary. I am originally from Florida, however I've lived in Cary since I was in 3rd grade. As a child, I was able to make my way through Wake County Schools. I attended Farmington Woods Elementary, East Cary Middle School, and Cary High School. I graduated from East Carolina University where I recieved my Bachelor's of Science in Elementary Education. My family is very important to me! In my free time I enjoy, shopping, traveling, decorating, and I love music! At Kingswood, we focus on a team based curriculum. My fellow kindergarten teachers and I work together on all of our lessons and strive to make each classroom as inviting as the other! Working at a small school is a bonus. We have a strong family community and encourage a base standard for behavior & academics. Kingswood is a fun place to be! |
