and ways to overcome it using interleaving and coding

Audio signal processing:
A series of projects done on
detecting an audio message recoded in noisy environment, implementation of
inverse filter for a acoustic channel, cancellation of echo generated in an
acoustic channel using LMS algorithm on Texas Instrument DSP 6711 and Adaptive
sub band coding was implemented on audio signals. The projects were done at
Chalmers.
o
Spectral Estimation:
Estimating spectral content of a harmonic signal based
on Kalman filtering, Non-periodic and periodic methods. The projects
was done at Chalmers.
o
Data Compression :
Projects involved
discrete cosine transform (DCT), linear prediction,
Scalar (with various quantization techniques) and vector quantization and
lossless compression techniques (Huffman, arithmetic and dictionary coding schemes).

Implementation of Wireless
Communication system between Computers: A firmware project with M ary FSK based design and the
software programming done using ‘C’ language. This was my Bachelor thesis.
o
Design of C language based simulator
for 8051 Micro-controller: Developed a tool for simulating the functionality of INTEL 8051
microcontroller.

Worked
on a research paper giving a novel method of reducing PAPR significantly in
OFDM system. The algorithm results in no distortion at all and neither requires
