Place two head pieces together with right sides together.  Sew head pieces from from A to B using tiny backstitch

Next sew head gusset from A to C on one side of head piece, also with right sides together.  Then sew gusset from A to C on the other side of head piece.  Turn head with tweezers or hemostat

Sew arm pieces 5 and 8 together, right side together.  Then place the combined piece with outer arm piece (4).  Sew again, right sides together leaving small opening in the back to turn and stuff.
