Tom went to his treament and he has gained 2 lbs. YEA! We both thought he lost some weight. He had Lab work today also. He has 8 more treatments left and we will find out how the Radiation did and the docs will put him back on Chemo... not looking forward to that. Any way that was it on that. He is having some stomache pain today. He looks really good for someone with all that Cancer and NONE of it is Operable....NONE! Well I better go for now I'll write more later. *************************************************************************

How many of you out there know what Chitlens are? For those of you who do not know they are pig intestinse.... OH MY GOD.....They are sooo good,ecspecially mine. If they are cooked and cleaned the right way then they are good. I had a good teacher. :-) Tom bought two 5lb bags and they was already "PRE-CLEANED".... NOT CLEANED ENOUGH FOR ME! It takes me awhile to clean them... I WILL NOT EAT CRAP! Any who..... I got ALL 10lbs. of the Chitlins cleaned and a potatoe(DO NOT PEEL OR CUT)the potatoe, the potatoe soaks up some of the fat, also add dried peppers. Okay let this cook over night on LOW.... "DO NOT REMOVE THE LID"..... MOM. :-).... yes you! And if the if the lid is removed by ANYONE.... MOM blame the gassy smell on them/her.... really bad gas.

Okay..... Here's the rest of the story, I got all 10lbs cooked.... I got 1/2 a spoon of Chitlins.... I was really nice and let Tom have the rest. I took a strainer and drained off all the juice in hopes to find at least a small nibble of a chitlin...... NOPE! I got part of a POTATOE! I was really hoping Tom wasn't going to be able to finish his dinner.... Wrong again.... he finished it and he enjoyed every bite too.

Well glad you enjoyed it honey..... Next time buy more :-)10 lbs is not enough... lets do 20. :-) Love ya lots sweety.
