Today is a very long nerve racking day. Today Tom has Chemo and Radiation plus an MRI. Doctor Cibula order one because Tom has been having headaches, plus when Tom had a Pet Scan Doc. Taylor saw something on it but DID NOT follow up on it. Well Doc. Cibula will be doing the follow ups. He gave Tom another Rx for his headaches... it has Codine in it.... yup he will be a Jellyfish. He is very worried about that and so am I , he kept asking me what was wrong last night, I told him my head was hurting.... and it was and my neck was stiff and it was... so I did not lie..... just didn't tell the whole truth but I think he figured it out. This morning before Kacie left for school and before Tom went to treaments, we prayed.... it felt good. I'll write more when I know more about today.

They canceled Toms MRI because they had gotten started late on his treaments, they over booked themselves. The topic of the day was "Hair Loss". This lady said when she woke up one morning she found a large clump of hair on her pillow. Tom told the nurse... "This is one heck of a way to get rid of a bald spot", he is going to go get some do-rags. The side affects are driving Tom nuts. He keeps getting the hiccups, his skin is itching from the inside, and he keeps getting heartburn. The meds. that they give to people for Chemo makes Tom sleepy, and this guy was SNORING so loud they had to turn the volume up on the tv. Tom can snore.... but I think someone has finaly beaten him. :-)
