Admission/Participation Requirements
All students with at least a 2.0 GPA are invited to apply. However,
students with a GPA of 2.0 to 3.0 will be admitted on a probationary basis.
These students will have 2 trimesters to bring their GPA to at least a 3.0
in order to continue in the program. Peer tutoring will be provided to
those that are interested.
Students are expected to attend each class session. Students may be dropped.
if they have more than 3 unexcused absences during any trimester. Students
participating in sports will be allowed to miss one trimester during the
appropriate season and reserve their spot in the program.
All school rules and extracurricular expectations apply to students during
their participation in this program. Regular school and district discipline
procedures will be enforced and followed. |
