Flip / Reflection:
Getting the mirror image
of a figure by flipping it in
a mirror line
Which way does a clock go?
It goes
clockwise.
Instead of using the words flip, slide and turn,
you can also say it this way:

Reflect Image C in mirror line M to get Image C1.
Translate C1  4 units right and 3 units up to get C2.
Rotate C2  � turn counterclockwise to get C3.
