Here goes the first one:
A doctorr asks his first patient: "Can you tell what is four times four?"
"423", he replies.
The doctor rolls his eyes and asks the second patient same question.
He answers "Bubbles".
The doctor shakes his head sadly and asks the third man to answer.
"Sixteen", was the answer.
"Thats great. How did you get that?"
" Simple, just add 423 and Bubbles."
