form.
Choose Insert > Form in the menu, or
click in the toolbar.
In the Form Name field, type a unique name to identify
the form.Form name will not be visible to your website visitors. It is used
to help you identify the information you receive when a form is submitted
to you.
Click the
besides the Action Link, to specify the page or path that
will process the form.
You are recommended to choose an internal web page (another page in the website)
as the action link so that when your website visitors complete and submit
the form, they go to the action page which takes an action (for example, emails
you the data). For more information, see Create
a Feedback form tutorial.
If you want to receive the form data by your email, check Send to
Email and type your email address.
