Welcome to Mr. Wilkinson History Class. History is an interesting and exciting subject.  This is where we will meet those people who came before us and guided the way to our future.  History is not just a matter of memorizing facts and dates, people or places.  History is a journey into our past, where World events have helped to shape the direction and course of our world today.  The history of man can be traced as far back as 5 million years ago, and earliest forms of civilizations and governments as far back as 5 thousand years.  With all this history behind us, where will you take us into our future? Why His-story, because most of history was written by men, and the victors of wars, battles and events.  For many generations, man has been the keepers of our historical events, so this is truly his story.  I hope to show you what has been written and the other side to the story.
