Study Tips:
How are assignments posted?
-on the front board; they remain posted for 5 days.

How far in advance are they given?
  -approx. 1 week notice for tests.

Will any late work be accepted?
  -yes, but there is a 5% penalty for each day late.

Are the notes given in class taken mainly from the assigned textbook material?
  -sometimes; about 50-50.

Do tests come mainly from the textbook material or from the notes?
  ~65% comes from the text and is tested mainly through recognition questions
  (T/F, multiple choice) the balance comes from notes and handouts.

What is the best way to study for tests?
  -study the assigned textbook chapter Review questions and answers; memorize
  the key points from notes/handouts that have been emphasized in class and in
  the class review for the test.

If a student is absent on test day, what is the policy?
  -it is the student�s responsibility to see me at 7:45 in my room to arrange a
  time to take the test (before or after school). The school is that if the
  student does make up the test within 7 days of returning they will receive a
  zero on it.

What is the best time for a student to meet with you for extra help?
-arrange with me for 7:35am, Activity Period, or 3:25pm.
