Thank you for requesting Mountain Telephone to maintain your inside wiring on your service order. However after inspection of your wiring Mountain Telephone cannot agree to maintain your wiring. Until you correct the discrepancies in the wiring, or agree to let Mountain Telephone replace the wiring and telephone jacks at  $10.00 per jack, while a Mountain Telephone serviceman is on the premise, Mountain Telephone will not agree to accept wiring.

 

Although I requested that Mountain Telephone maintain my inside wiring on the service order, I do not accept the inside wire maintenance program for $ 0 .75 per month and request that Mountain Telephone not bill my account.
