The students write a short story using the juicy words to explain why they feel the way they do. We go through an intro. to editting process and then I have them write their good copies on special fall paper. I take a picture of each of them surrounded by beautiful fall leaves and then bind it all together into a class book with the appropriate title.
It's a great start to writing using lots of desciptive words!
