Canada and Me

You are unique!! Your story is different than anyone else’s story in the whole world!

You do not look exactly like anyone else either (even if you are a twin there are differences!)

The purpose of this assignment is to record the physical changes that have played a role in shaping the landscape of yourself from birth to old age, and to compare them to the changes which have taken place in the 4 eras of Canada’s physical development.

TO DO THIS ASSIGNMENT:

1.         You will need four photographs to show the 4 stages of your development:

            -Birth

            -Youth (how you look now)

-Maturity (a photo of your parents)

-Old age (a photo of your grandparents).

2.         You will need the four maps showing Canada’s development from class.

Or you could also find other images and maps on the internet

3.         Assemble your project on a piece of bristol board so that Canada’s development is shown on one side, and your development is shown on the other side.

4.         Add notes to each map or photo to explain the physical changes that have occurred since the previous era.

5.         At the bottom of the display, identify at least 3 major differences between the two aging processes you have compared.
