| Baby food fruit is pretty easy to digest, especially if you have trouble with fruits. Another good fruit I've found is watermelon- it's low on the glycemic index- very watery and sweet enough to be yummy! | ||||||
| Mashed potatoes (the flakes are the easiest choice, but use whatever) are the most versatile food there is for me. I can add anything I want to them and viola! a different flavor! I especially like the honey mustard that Thanasi bought for lunchmeat sandwhiches. | ||||||
