| This is the start of my new family pages. I've lost contact with a few family/friends I've made while searching for past families, but I hope to reconnect to many of them and hopefully meet some new ones. Surnames include Scott, Cooper, Byrd, May, Raiford, Hill, Parker, Rushing, Dennis, Capps, Randall, Henry, Peek, Mitchell, Villar, Lewis, Steward, Sticker, Bennett, Woods, Farris, Rumfield, and many, many more! Locations are mostly Louisiana...but into Texas, Arkansas, Mississippi, Alabama, Kentucky, and Georgia. I have several Acadian decendants, some from France, a couple lines into England, a couple into Ireland, some of German descent, a connection into Australia and several unproven American Indian lines...these are the hardest to trace, it seems.... Our Louisiana Roots go back to the early days on the First and Second German Coast and the very early Florida Parishes.
