Martha Jane is said to have married Everett Sheffield and had Almeda and Eliga...in 1967 and 69...Everett shows up in 1870 still in Bowie County, but single.
Martha and the rest of her family...the Randall's, haven't yet been found in 1870. Where are they? Their daughter Alamanza and her husband William Hensley are in Grimes County but no Randalls...
Martha Jane married ? Byrd around 1874...Had Josephine in Jan. 1875...then LeRoy in 1876...So our ? Martha Jane is then listed as a widow living with her parents and 2 Byrd children in 1880 in Grimes County.
Then about 1883 Martha married Franklin Joseph Parker...and had son Franklin Joseph Parker in 1884...1900 census shows Frank living with his Aunt and Uncle Hensley in Grimes County. Said to be an orphan
they raised...But we don't know how long he lived there or what ever happened to their parents...Also listed as being raised in the household were Lee Roy and Josephine...among others...Both Lee Roy and Jose were married by 1900.
