Mr. Speakman’s Computer Class Rules
1. No
gum, drinks, food, or other materials may be used or taken out in class which
may harm computer equipment.
2. No personal electronic devices may be taken
out or used such as headphones, CD-players, radio head sets, cell phones or
using the CD player without teacher’s approval.
3. Use
only computer assigned to you and be in the classroom before tardy bell rings.
Leave seat only with teacher’s approval.
4.
No running, installing, deleting, modifying of computer software, system
settings, or hardware settings without teacher’s approval and under teacher’s
supervision.
a.
Linking to improper websites, playing of computer games without permission, or
using any unauthorized software may result in any of the following
consequences; restriction in use of computer, detention, parent conference, and
school suspension.
b.
Any vandalism to classroom materials may result in restriction in any of the
following consequences; restriction in use of computer, detention, parent
conference, school suspension, and payment for repair of damages.
5.
All people in classroom are to be treated respectfully.
a.
No talking while teacher is giving instructions, while a visitor is talking, or
without permission during lectures and demonstrations.
6.
Bring necessary materials to class.
a.
Writing utensil and paper.
b.
Homework or other required papers.
c.
Appropriate apparel.
7.
Do work only as instructed by teacher.
