Well I was born in end of October near the close of last centaury and  a pure scorpion by nature . My  schooling was in PAF Masroor Karachi , which is a very nice school , I must say I hated it then but it make sense now, all those strict exercises and teaching to keep us away from harm . Anyhow I ended up in DJ college for my pre-medical years and did my basic medical degree from Sind medical College Karachi in 1992 .

After spending some years in general surgery and learning the ropes I was fortunately lucky enough to have good guidance and decided to do FRCS exam in surgery. I started my journey from Karachi and landed in republic of Ireland (and as we say in NCC “ as you were”, ) started my surgical training all over again . In the year 1998 January I passed my FRCS part one and by the end of June 1999 I had passed my part II FRCS from Glasgow and Dublin. I was very lucky in the sense that I had a  good company of friends and well wishers, and constant encouragement .

A divine inspiration changed my tract to Plastic surgery and a real boost to my career came in January 2000 when I was given a post in plastic surgery in JCMH Dublin and then CUH Cork.  I really enjoyed CUH , no doubt  cork university hospital Is the most prestigious unit in whole of Ireland, from there onwards I have worked in SBH Consett, UHND Durham and now in Stoke Mandeville , Aylesbury .

Got married in January 2002 to Humna, now I want to finish my training in Plastic Surgery and go back to "downtown" Karachi .
