DIGITAL
STORYTELLLING ASSIGNMENT
WHILE BRAINSTORMING USING THE STORY STAR, KEEP THE FOLLOWING IN MIND ALSO:
1. What
point of view will you tell the story in?
Be
very specific here.
2. What
time/place setting will be used in your story?
3. What is
the basic plot of the story?
a.
Is the conflict internal/external or both?
b.
What is the climax of the storyline?
c.
How does the story logically conclude?
4. Make
sure that your story contains a theme.
That is What
is the story’s main idea?
5. Include
ONE of the following in your story:
Flashback
Foreshadowing
Irony
Script Requirements: 1. A story script that answer all
of the above questions
along with those found on the story star.
2.
Length of written story should be 2-3 pages long which
should take 1-3 minutes to tell as a digital story.
3. Images that coordinate with
the script of your story.
These
images can be pictures, drawings or any other
graphics you choose. However, you digital story
must include AT LEAST EIGHT IMAGES.
4.
REMINDER: Include ONE example of Flashback,
Foreshadowing or Irony in your story.
5.
Script should be saved in your Storytelling folder,
printed out and brought to class on the date assigned in
class.
