My Journey
I like many have struggled with my weight most of my life.� In January of 2001 I decided to take the "Bull" By the horns.� I had ballooned to 243 pounds and this was not acceptable to me.� I knew I had to make some changes and fast or my weight would only continue to climb.� I tried cutting back on what I was eating and excercising when I could but after 5 months I had only lost 9 pounds and getting very discouraged.

In May of 2001 a friend introduced me to a plan that works for me, The Weight Watchers Winning Points Program.� It has the structure that I need and the Freedom to enjoy the foods I love.� For me this is not a "Diet" it's a new and PERMANENT way of life.

I have had plenty of struggles on this program but i'm also having great success.� Watch for updates as I travel down the road of my journey.
