Flat Stanley Summer Project

Dear Students,
Jeff Brown wrote many books about a boy named Stanley Lambchop. Stanley becomes flat one fateful night when his bulletin board falls on him while he was sleeping. His family soon finds out that he can travel great distances in an envelope rather than in an airplane.
The Flat Stanley books are about the many adventures he has in a variety of places. I'm sure you will have a great time reading about all of his adventures this summer. Try to read as many words as you can without help!
Take your Stanley with you when you go places this summer and write about them in your journal. You can even send your Stanley to a friend or a relative. Maybe they will send a picture of Stanley having another adventure and add a postcard to your journal!
