Chicken N Dumplings........Daiz Style

5lbs cut up chicken(adjust for the amt of people you are feeding)
1/2 cup butter
salt
pepper
Pillsbury UNBLEACHED all purpose flour (5lb bag)( cause it depends on how
much dumplin you like)

In a dutch over place chicken, salt, pepper and butter, cover with water and boil till tender. When the water comes to a good boil, remove 4 cups of the broth to cool, replace in the pot with warm water. Take chicken out to cool just enough that you can get your hands in it.  In a big mixing bowl, pour flour. Slowly pour warm broth into flour, mix until it forms a soft ball.  On a floured table, roll out ball till its thin.Slice into small pieces.  Drop one at a time into still boiling broth.Keep rolling and dropping dumplins in until you have as many as you want ( generally 1/2 a pot full). Reduce heat and stir so they dont scorch. When dumplings start
getting  soft, pull chicken off bone, and add to dumplings.continue cooking till
dumplings are completely tender.salt and pepper to taste.
