I made this bread today. I like the pudding mix in the Cinnabon rolls so I thought it might come out well this way. The only thing I didn't really like was that the top raised a lot and so it was just raisin and cinnamon at the bottom part of the loaf. But it was very delicious!

Title: Raisin Cinnamon Pudding Bread
Categories: Breads
Yield: 2 Sm loaves

1 Egg
1/4 c Water
1/2 c Milk
3 tb Margarine
3 tb Sugar
2 c Flour
1/3 c Vanilla pudding mix
1 tb Yeast

--------------------------FILLING--------------------------
3 tb Margarine
1/3 c Brown sugar
2/3 c Raisins

Put bread ingredients in breadmaker on dough cycle.

When dough is done roll out into two rectangles about
9x12". Grease two loaf pans.

Mix margarine and brown sugar. Spread half down the
middle of each rectangle. Top each filling with 1/3
cup raisins (2/3 cup in all).

Slice each side of the dough that isn't filled in 1"
strips. Fold over the filling like a braid.

Place in pan and let raise for 30 minutes.

Bake at 350 minutes for 13 to 15 minutes.
