Do you know that Love is one subject that never gets of  fashion? It is timeless, and never loses its universal appeal. It is better expressed than defined; better experienced than described.

God reveals to us in a Bible a clue in 1 Corinthians 13 about love is like, and describes exactly how love works. 
 

The real proof of love is not just nice words but also kind deeds. The best example of love is expressed by people who thinks other before they think of  themselves. That’s what Jesus did when He went to the cross for you. He made himself poor so you could be rich in heavenly treasures.

Today, He is still waiting for people to come to Him so they can experience the  great adventure of learning  the art loving, straight from the heart.

It is heartwarming to know that we have an  unending supply of God’s love. We  can claim it, grow on it, Spread to others by words and deeds.

His Holy Spirit has taken the role of cultivating what He has planted in our hearts for the enrichment of our lives.
 

So in daily life, let your love be warmed by joy, watered by tears, spread by the wind of circumstances. God uses all that we experience to work His will in our lives. He is the one who makes our love grow.
 

“May the Lord make your love to grow and overflow to each other and to everyone else,”(1 Thessalonians 3:12, TLB) as you journey in the world of God’s unconditional love through our Lord Jesus Christ.

In this way, love is made complete among us so we will have confidence on the day of judgement, because in this world we are like him. There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear, because fear has to do with punishment. The one who fear is not made perfect love.

LOVE IS SINCERE

Love must be sincere
 Romans 12:9

Let no debt remain outstanding, except the continuing debt to love one another… Love does no harm to its neighbor. Therefore love is the fulfillment of the law.

LOVE TRUSTS IN GOD

Many are the woes of the wicked but the Lord’s unfailing love surrounds the man who trusts in him. Rejoice in the Lord and be glad. You righteous; sing all you who are upright in heart!
 Psalm 32:10-11

LOVE ALWAYS PUTS GOD FIRST

He (Jesus) answered: “ Love the Lord you God with al your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength and with all your mind, and , “ Love you neighbor as yourself ”.

Jesus replied, “If anyone loves me, he will obey my teaching. My father will love him, and we will come to him and make our home with him.”

LOVE IS CARING 

Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and windows in their distress…

As apostles of Christ we could have been a burden to you, but we were gentle among you, like a mother caring for her children. We loved you so much that we were delighted to share with you not only the gospel of God but our lives as well, because you had become so dear to us.
 1 Thessalonians 2:6-8
 

You shall not rob nor oppress anyone, and you shall pay your hired workers promptly. If something is due them don’t even keep it overnight.

LOVE DOES NOT DIVIDE, IT UNITES

I appeal to you, brothers, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that all of you agree with one another so that there may be no divisions among you that you may be perfectly united in mind and thought.

 1 Corinthians 1:10
 

LOVE ALWAYS PERSEVERES

Sometimes your were publicly exposed to insult and persecution; at other times you stood side by side with those who were so treated. You sympathized with those in prison and joyfully accepted the confiscation of you property because you knew that you yourselves had better and lasting  possessions. So do not throw away your confidence; it will be richly rewarded. You need to persevere so that when you have done the will of God, you will receive what he has promised.
 Hebrews 10:33-36
Therefore I endure everything for the sake of the elect, that they too may obtain the salvation that is in Christ Jesus, with eternal glory.
 2 Timothy 2:10
 

LOVE RESTORES 

Brothers, if someone is caught in a sin, you who are spiritual shall restore him gently. But watch yourself. Or you may also be tempted.

Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all people, especially to those who belong to the family of believers. 
 Galatians 6:1-2,10

LOVE ACTS 

This how we know what love is: Jesus Christ laid down his life for us. And we ought to lay down our lives for our brothers. If anyone has material possessions and sees his brothers in need but has no pity on him,. How can the love of God be in him? Dear children, let us not love with words or tongue but with actions and in truth.
 1 John 3:16-18
But let all who take refuge in you be glad; let them ever sing for joy. Spread your protection over them, that those who love your name may rejoice in you. For surely , O Lord, you bless the righteous; you surround them with your favor as with a shield.
 Psalm 5:11-12
May command is this: Love each other as have loved you. Greater love has no one than this. That he lay down his life for his friends.

You must be impartial in judgement. Use accurate measurements – Lengths, weights, and volumes – and give full measures, for I am Jehovah your God who brought you from the land of Egypt.

LOVE DOES NOT SEEK VENGEANCE

“ Don’t seek vengeance. Don’t bear a grudge; but love your neighbor as yourself…”
 Leviticus 19:18

LOVE REBUKES WRONG 

Don’t hate your brother. Rebuke anyone who sins; don’t let him get away with it, or you will be equally guilty.
 Leviticus 19:17

LOVE IS NOT RUDE 

You shall give due honor and respect to the elderly, in the fear of God 
 Leviticus 19:32

Honor your father and mother, and love your neighbor as yourself.
 Matthew 19:19

LOVE IS SUBMISSIVE

Remind the people to be subject to rulers and authorities, to be obedient,  to be  ready to do whatever is good, to slander no one, to be peaceable and considerate, and to show true humility toward all men.
 Titus 3:1-2

LOVE ENCOURAGE THE WEAK

Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all troubles so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves have received from God.
