Dear Parents' and Guardians,

Starting next week I will be offering after school help in Room 204 for math until the 3: 25 late bus.  In order for your child to stay after, they have to have a permission slip. You can either write a new permission slip each time they stay after or you can use the generic one below; this allows your child to stay after whenever they choose. They will be allowed to call home to let you know if necessary.

I give permission for my daughter/son, to stay after school with Mrs. Hewins for extra help in math on any day that they want to. They will take the 3:25 p.m. late bus home or will be picked up at the front office at that time.
