Sports Physicals
All sports physicals must be dated NO EARLIER then August 1st every school year.
Grade 8
No Requirements for the 8th grade year.
Recommendation: annual physical and dentist visit
Scoliosis Screening
All students are required to be screened for scoliosis annually in grades 6, 7, and 8. If your child has been screened by their physician the RESULTS must be sent into the school. Students will be educated about scoliosis and will receive notification of any upcoming screenings at least one week in advance of the screening.
