| Grandma's Sugar Cookies 2 c. sugar 2 t. baking soda 1 c. lard 2 t. baking powder 1 c. sour milk vanilla to taste 2 eggs 3-4 c. flour (to stiffen) 1. cream together eggs, sugar, lard and vanilla into milk, baking soda and baking powder. 2. gradually add flour to stiffen. 3. Roll out and cut. 4. Place on greased cookie sheet. 5. Cook at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes. |

| Hot Apple Cider 1 Liter Cider 2 c. brown sugar 2 cinnamon sticks 1.Pour cider into large pot. 2. Add brown sugar. 3. Stir mixture until sugar is dissolved. 4. Add cinnamon sticks and cook on medium heat until steam rises from pot. 5. Remove from heat and serve Tip- Do not over cook or boil. Cider has an unpleasant taste when overheated. |

| Stuffing Balls 1 bag of stuffing 2 T butter 3 stalks of celery Seasoning 3 eggs 1. Melt butter in small fry pan. 2. Add finely diced celery to butter and cook until soft. 3. In medium bowl mix together stuffing and seasoning. 4. Stir in cooked celery. 5.Beat three eggs in seperate bowl and mix into stuffing mix. 6. Make stuffing into baseball size servings. 7. Place on cookie sheet and cook at 350 degrees until lightly brown and crunchy. Seasoning - You can use any seasons and amounts you prefer. I generally use Oregano, garlic salt, onion salt, salt and pepper. |
