World War 1 veteran Tom Robinson (aged 103)at this years (2000) ANZAC DAY PARADE, which is held each year in every capital city of Australia on April 25th.The Parade this year saw increasing crowd numbers, especially in the younger generations. The Dawn Services too, were very well attended. These increases in crowd numbers leads to the belief of a new understanding and respect of not just the ANZAC tradition, but of a resurgance in national pride.
