Hello! My name is Barbara Evernham and I am the classroom assistant. I have been an assistant at South Elementary for 3 years. I have enjoyed working with the students and helping students be successful.
We moved to Mooresville from New Jersey 9 years ago. I have made Mooresville my home. We love it here! I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, reading books and supporting my children in whatever they are doing. I am assistant coach for the Pee Wee Terminators Cheerleading squad.
I have three super children that I am so proud of. Willy is 15 and he is a sophomore at Mooresville High. Willy is our racer, he is racing Pro-4 cars at Hickory Motor Speedway. We spend every Saturday night there cheering him on! Scotty is 11 and is a 6th grader at Mooresville Intermediate School. Scotty is my athlete, he loves his football and baseball. We are always busy with his sports throughout the year. My youngest is Taylor who is 5. She is a kindergartener at South Elementary. Taylor is the princess in our house. She loves cheerleading (she is the mascot for the Pee Wee Terminators). Taylor loves to ride her bike and play with her best friend, Kara. My husband is Willie. We have been married for 20 years. Willie works for BAM Racing. He has been in racing for over 30 years. He is a great coach to both our boys. He helps out in whatever sport Scotty is in and he is the Crew Chief and Head everything in Willy's racing.
