1. How many years have you been teaching?
I have been teaching in the Edison School Distict for nearly 20 years.
2. Where did you go to college?
My first 2 degrees were from the University of Maryland. Next I received my teaching credential from CSUB and my Master's Degree in Education from the University of La Verne. Finally I received my Doctorate from Commonwealth University.  This doctorate is what is referred to as a soft doctorate as I was interested in the topic and have done more with the survey results than the dissertation.
3. What was/is your favorite subject?
History, Mathematics and Science probably in that order.
4. Do you have any pets?
My wife and I have a two year old German Shephard named Tova. Tova Hebrew means Good Girl and she is just that a good girl. What is interesting about Tova is I speak Yiddish and Hebrew to her during the day.
5. What is your favorite color?
My favorite color is green,
6. What is the coolest thing that has ever happened to you?
I was ordained an Orthodox Rabbi with a emphasis in Kosher Observation. With this I have done many weddings and those are truely a blast.
7. Can you do anything unusual?
I can speak, read and write in about five languages. I can write upsidedown and backwards, I have almost a photographic memory.  I can name most of the military equipment for almost the last 100 years.  I know the little details behind history.  In other words I know why things happened and the way they happened.
8. What is your favorite food or meal ?
I love most ethnic foods, but I have a special love for great Mexican food in particular cheese enchiladas, rice and beans with homemade salsa and a big Ice Tea.
9. What is your favorite place to visit?
My favorite place to visit is Morro Bay/ Cambria Corridor on the central coast of California.
10. What is your favorite sport or hobby ?
Golf!!! Fishing and Reading.
11. What did you do over the summer ?
This last summer I was in New York.  I visited Monsey and had an amazing experience there.  Then I went to Manhatten for my uncle's 80th birthday, which was held at the world famous Tavern By the Green.  I was all over Manhatten including the very spot that blew up in front of the Cryslor Building, I was there, that very spot 12 hours before it blew!!
