Education Philosophy:

   All students can achieve provided he or she receives carefully planned instruction and the appropriate support resources. As a Teacher it is my responsibility to provide instruction in a learning climate that is safe, respectful and fosters self empowerment.

Description:

   The Resource Specialist Program provides instruction in the core curriculum utilizing a repertoire of strategies and classroom activities. Individual Education Plans (I.E.P.) goals and objectives are embedded throughout instruction with a pacing plan that covers major required state and national standards.

Homework Policy:

   Homework is to be submitted the next day at the start of a class to be recorded. Homework handed in late will be accepted but not recorded for purpose of a grade unless an admit slip indicating an excused absences is received.
