| Geraldine McEwan - Geraldine played Sheriff of Nottingham's witch, Mortianna. Since Robin Hood she has appeared in films such as The Love Letter (starring Kate Capshaw), Loves Labours Lost (directed by Kenneth Branagh) and Titus (with Sir Anthony Hopkins). Michael McShane - Friar Tuck in Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves. He has since been in films Drop Dead Gorgeous, Richie Rich, Office Space and Bugs Life. He has also done voice work on Clerks: The TV Series, Blade Runner video game and the Spawn television series. Brian Blessed - Famous British actor Brian Blessed had a cameo appearance in the film as Lord Locksley, Robin's father. His most famous roles have been in Flash Gordon and Blackadder (British comedy TV series). He has since done voice work for Tarzan and played Boss Nass in The Phantom Menace (under heavy make up and CGI). Michael Wincott - Michael Wincott played Guy of Gisborne, the sheriff's cousin. Since his role in the film he has been in Alien Resurrection, The Three Musketeers and The Crow. In 2001 he can be seen in The Count of Monte Cristo and in the sequel to Kiss the Girls with Robin Hood co-star Morgan Freeman, Along came a Spider. Nick Brimble - John Little aka Little John. He has since appeared in the Lock, Stock... TV series (a spin-off from movie Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels) and Loch Ness with Ted Danson. Soo Drouet - Soo Druet played peasent woman Fanny. She has been quite quiet since Robin Hood, appearing in a few television shows such as Sharpe (with Sean Bean) and The Ruth Rendell Mysteries. Daniel Newman - Daniel Newman played Little John's son Wulf. He has since played a lead role in a television adaptation of The Borrowers and has also appeared in several other TV shows. Other films he has performed in include Bram Stokers Dracula and Shopping (with Jude Law). Walter Sparrow - Walter played blind servant Duncan. He has since acted in The Secret Garden, The Woodlanders, Shadowlands (starring Anthony Hopkins) and Ever After (starring Drew Barrymore). Jack Wild - Most famous for his role as the Artful Dodger in the musical version of Charles Dickens� Oliver! He did not appear in any films for seven years after his role as Much in Robin Hood. Harold Innocent - Played the corrupt Bishop in the film. He has not acted since 1992 but he can be found in other films such as Brazil and Buster. Daniel Peacock - Appeared in British cult classic Quadrophenia as his first credited role. He has also appeared in the movie version of Porridge, Gandhi, Jewel of the Nile and Small Time Obsession. He has been in many TV shows such as Casualty and Only Fools and Horses. Liam Halligan - A minor role in the film as Peter Dubois, Marian�s brother and Robin�s friend who is killed in Jerusalem. He only has two other projects credited on the IMDB, Pigs and Chimera. Imogen Bain - Sarah was Marian�s loyal servant. Imogen has played largely in TV programmes including Bugs, Red Dwarf, Casualty and Coupling. Sean Connery - Possibly the most famous cast member who appeared for a brief uncredited cameo at the end of the film as King Richard. He is famous for many roles including James Bond, Indiana Jones Sr in the Last Crusade and he appeared with Kevin Costner in the Untouchables. |
