Find an equation of the line through (3,5) with a slope of 1/2.

(3,5) slope of 1/2
the slope from (3,5) to (x,y) would be Y-5/X-3
Y-5/X-3=1/2
Multiply both sides by (x-3)
y-5=1/2(x-3)
Subtract 36 from each side of the equation. That will give you 60= -12c.
Divide each side by -12.
Your solution is c=5.
96=-12c+36
-36=
60=-12c
-12=-12
-5=c
