LITERAL EQUATION
7y-4+2y=6y+11
7y+2y=6y+15
9y=6y+15
3y=15
y=5
1: first subtract the 4 from both sides.
2: next you need to get your "y's" on one side.  To do this
subtract 6y from both sides.
3: the last thing you have to do before getting "y" is divide
both sides by 3.
POINTS USED FOR LINE EQUATION
y-9=3(x-2)
y-9=3x-6
y=3x+3
-1(-3x+y=3)
3x-y =-3
1: the first thing to do is distribute the parenthesis.  To do this multiply everything in it by 3.
2: Next add the 9 to both sides.  This leaves the the problem in Slope Intersept
3: To put it in standard form, multiply everything by -1.  This completes the problem.

LINEAR EQUATION
 6z+5z-3=41
11z-3=41
11z=41
11  11
z=4
1.  The first thing to be done is combine like terms.
2.  Subtract the "3" from both sides.
3.  to complete the problem divide both sides by "11", this then gives you the complete answer.
