The pictures to the upper left show 2 views of my
new garden 2002. My son moved all the rock>>>
as shown to the right >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
so I would have paths to walk safely and he
cleared an area where I could bring in soil etc and
have some wildflowers to enjoy.
Our shore is composed of Glacial Drift, large
stones which are hard to navigate. We also went
on expeditions to find colorful pretty stone to make
the garden out of. (I am sort of a Rockhound).
The black pipe in the above left picture is our
waterline that goes to the house (kitchen pg3).
We double filter all our drinking water. The view
to the right of the shore is taken from our old dock
which is like a deck now where we sit and eat and
relax since the water levels went down several
years ago.  All of my gardens (3now) have been
started from seeds. And are composed of native
species that grow in the area naturally.  I had a
couple of annuals this year just to get color, as the
others need another season.
The above pic was taken by my husband of our middle kitty Tippy.
She has very strange eyes, and this shot emphasizes that aspect of
her. She is sitting  on our dock 2002.  Below is a large snapping turtle
which we had this year, over 10 in long!!He is sunning himself here.
Some people have asked me to put up more of my art work on this site... so here are 2 pics of past pieces.
The one on the left is called "Fading Dreams" and the right piece is "Scattered Dreams". Both were in shows,
and the right one won a prize.  Many people on the net do not know about this aspect of my life, as I don't
advertise it alot. But I am an accomplished artist as well as the other things I do. These pieces above are
done in pastel pencil from life... real nests that I collected on various nature walks. The bird pieces are real too. They are about 18'x 24".
