It�s quite simple and an optimistic little plan that I�ve devised in my little mind in my little house. Basically it�s a two bedroom affair with a leaky roof and cold heating designed to deter the mice. Anyway I�ll start my midget idea in the next paragraph as I�m crouching over my keypad as the ceiling isn�t high enough. It�s my suggestion to have a government funded recycling programme with the profits going to underfunded public services. If charities do this, then surely over a national scale for a prolonged period some kind of contribution could be made as it would be possible to employ these methods on a far larger scale. Pool it all together with a percentage going to charities, education, pay for nurses, teachers and other good causes. Loosen the tight grip on spending while environmentalists become happier and more likely to vote for you. It would surely be a popular policy that no one could attack.
