I had the body work done on the outside of the tub finished and sprayed all in primer. After all of the work putting the 5 coats of spray in bed liner on the inner tub, it has gotten dirty and oversprayed with primer so I will have to unfortunately put another layer over top of the other 5 later on.
SAME DAY:
I couldn't wait no longer... I had to get the exterior of the tub painted Yellow. I started wet sanding every square inch of it.
I then masked it up tightly to try to keep the overspray from staining the inner tub any more then it was already. It came out pretty good. I don't want to say great, because it was a bit wavy on the rear quarters, but not terrible. I also sprayed the hood and side aprons yellow..
After all of the work so far, I was ancious to bolt up the doghouse to get an idea of what it was going to look like.
