Would you want both assasin and homeland punished? No I would not blame the country from which the assasin came from unless he has been a wanted assasin for a year or more ebcause then it shows that the homeland is not doing enough to catch the assaisn. But if this assiasin ahs been layign low and just comes out and kills osmeone, there is not much the homeland could do before hand. I would only blame the assasin but help the country look into getting forewarnings of possible terrorist attacks. |
