WINDY'S BIRTHDAY CAKE
INGREDIENTS
1 pkg White Cake Mix
1 20 oz. pkg Strawberry jello
1 cup Wesson oil
1/2 cup water
1 pkg frozen strawberries
4 eggs
1/2 stick oleo
1 box powdered sugar
you will need to:
separate the frozen strawberries in half
grease a tube pan
preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mix the cake mix and jello well,
Add the wesson oil and beat 2 minutes
Add water and eggs and beat 2 minutes
Add 1/2 of the strawberries and stir well
Pour in tube pan and bake 1 hr. or till done
set aside in a bowl:
the other half of strawberries
the powdered sugar
the oleo
When oleo is melted mix well
When cake has cooled slightly you can glaze with this mixture.
Cake is best if it is allowed to cool to at least room temperature
