She was the mother of Sheridan Scott and the grandmother of
my father, Luther Edward. I was so excited when I found
this tombstone and William's I cried. The inscription reads, "Blessed are the
pure in heart, for they shall see God."



My great-grandfather, William Martin Holland.
Co. B 5 KY. Cav.
William was born March 15, 1838 in KY.
He died October 09, 1919 in Belton, Texas.
William was the son of Manerva Ann SCOTT and William C. Holland.



My grandmother's (Susie Agnes RUTLEDGE) brother.
William Absolom Rutledge, born in Georgia, never married.
