Frosty Strawberry Squares
1 c. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
1/2 c. butter, melted
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle 2/3 in 13X9 inch pan. This forms crust.
2 egg whites
1 c. sugar
2 c. strawberries
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. whipping cream
Combine lemon juice, whites, sugar, berries. Beat 10 minutes at high speed. Whip cream and fold into berry mixture. Spoon over crumbs, then top with remaining crumbs. Freeze, covered, afor about 6 hours before serving.
