Spiced Pecans

1 egg white
1 tablespoon water
Beat until frothy

add 1 lb. pecans
Stir to coat

Mix

1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons cinnamon
dash salt
pour over pecans and fold until coated

spread on cookie sheet, bake 45 minutes at 300 degrees stirring every 15 minutes.
