Pumpkin Cake
3 1/2 cups flour
4 eggs
1 can pumpkin
1 tspn. salt
2/3 C. water
1 tspn. cinnamon
3 C. sugar
1 C. oil
2 tspn. soda (heaping)
1 tblspn. butter flavoring
1 tspn. nutmegMix all ingredients. Pour into greased and floured 10 inch tube pan and bake 1 hour and 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
Top with 1/2 lb. Philadelphia cream cheese
1/4 lb. oleo
1 pkg. powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanillaBeat until smooth and creamy. Spread on cooled pumpkin cake.
